Executive Search
Contracted Talent Acquisition
We will provide search capabilities on a Per/Hour rate. Candidates will be sourced, screened, and submitted to Client. Billing occurs on a monthly basis. This method can be considerably less than traditional Contingency Search Fees.
Contingency Search
The standard fee is a negotiated percentage of the first year's anticipated compensation (Salary plus plus bonus/commission). The fee is payable upon candidate's start date.
Priority Search
The fee is a negotiated percentage of the anticipated first year compensation (salary plus bonus and commission). This is payable as $5,000 to begin the search – refundable if we do not produce qualified candidate(s) within a time period agreed upon by both parties – balance due upon placement’s start date. In addition,
- We will provide a 50% Dedicated Project Coordinator
- Recruited candidates will be held until you make a decision (candidates are not shared with other companies)
- We will market your company as a preferred Employer
Retainer
The non-refundable fee is a negotiated percentage of the first years-anticipated compensation (salary, plus commission and bonus). Fees are payable as 1/3 up front, and 2/3 due upon placement’s start date. In addition,
- We will provide a 100% Dedicated Project Coordinator
- Recruited candidates will be held until you make a decision (candidates are not shared with other companies)
- We will market your company as a preferred Employer
Whichever search you choose, THR Partners will offer the following:
- Guarantee a free replacement if the candidate leaves or is terminated for just cause within 30 days of placement. This does not include staff reductions.
- Reference checks on all candidates
- Background checks for a small fee
